The DE1XL ships completely assembled, in its own suitcase. You can travel with it: no assembly or disassembly is required. The custom-cut foam in the suitcase is specific to the DE1XL. No refill kit or countersunk bracket is included with the v1.3 DE1XL: those are purchased separately.

No cables

All plumbing and electrical connections are hidden. The rear panel pivots open for easy hookup and maintenance.

Optionally built in

A rectangular hole in your counter accepts our bracket, into which the machine sits. Extremely clean, strikingly modern design. You can also choose to not counter sink the machine, and have it sit on your countertop instead.

Customer-facing back panel

Unlike our other models, the back features a clean panel with no electrical or water connections visible. Our other models must be placed against a wall, as their wiring and water connections are on the back of the machine.

Slide in tablet

Our custom designed tablet stand easily and invisibly slides into the espresso machine. You can also slide the tablet out, and place it on a tabletop, as the same attached stand works both ways.

Plumbed water

Optionally connect to pressurized or unpressurized water sources. Or use stand-alone.

Hands Off Steaming

Timed steam function allows you to quickly create good foam for a few seconds and then let the machine finish heating and fining automatically.

Extra long steam wand

Extends beyond the countertop for easy insertion of a milk jug. Works well with even 1 liter milk jugs. Steam wand can be positioned by you for optional hands-free steaming. Entirely cool-touch, and also features an extended silicone-protected grab area.

Modular

Each machine is totally independent, so that you can add group heads as you need them. Unlike traditional multigroup espresso machines, one group head failure will not bring your business to a halt.

Front panel

Made from brushed steel, with a mirrored lip. You can watch your espresso pouring while standing. When using a bottomless portafilter, this lets you easily assess the quality of your espresso shot.

Hot swappable

If one of your machines were to stop working, you simply pull it out of the counter and mail it to us (or use a local repair service) to have it fixed. If you have a spare machine, just fill in the gap. If not, your business can still keep serving coffee to clients with the remaining machine(s).

Countersunk pitcher rinser

Works with cool water and warm water up to 60°C. Perfect for cleaning out a portafilter after making an espresso. All metal construction. Requires pressurized water. The water input connection is 1/2" NPT (we include a converter to 1/4" and tubing). The dirty-water output is a 15mm barb for flexible tubing.

Rince pichet V2

Fonctionne avec de l'eau froide et de l'eau chaude jusqu'à 60 °C. Parfait pour nettoyer un portefiltre après avoir fait un espresso. Construction tout en métal. Nécessite une source d'eau sous pression ou une pompe à jet.

Le raccord d'arrivée d'eau vers le rince-pichet est de 1/2 pouce NPT. Notre pompe à jet de est fournie avec un convertisseur 1/4 pouce et un tuyau. La sortie d'eau sale du rince pichet est une barbe de 15 mm sur laquelle vous fixez un tuyau flexible.
